Where has this been for the last 2 years? Way more speed and intensity than earlier in the season.

As long as we're playing like animals, anything is possible. Our midfield is possibly the best in the comp (besides the ruck).

Unreal win.

Probably lucky in that first quarter that we went 30 points down but their ‘Bulldogs-esque’ goalkicking kept us in it.

Our ball use let us down in the first three quarters. Turned it over whenever it looked like we had a chain going. I don’t know how many intercept marks they had.

But man are we good when everything clicks. That last quarter was outstanding. Absolutely hunted everything and won the midfield battle easily against the most hyped midfield going around.

Bont was outstanding apart from half a dozen blues, McLean was very good all game but particularly later in the piece, Hunter very good, Dunkley and Macrae as consistent as ever, Naughton was the best KPP on the ground, JJs run and carry was near its best and despite a few awful, awful stuff ups Trengove did a hell of a job on Hawkins.

Great team effort and so proud of the team. Hopefully we can carry this form on but this year has shown that we really take it up to the best teams but struggle badly when we’re expected to get it done.
