So Caleb Daniel comes back through the twos when he is fit ? Worked the ball well to open up the space
which was good some sloppy kicking coming out of fifty hurt us a bit. Three times Geelong lose the
clearances for three losses. We can get better, but should be top eight already some bad errors early in
the year cost us games. Can't help feeling a little frustrated knowing where we should be at.

McLean was great, not rusty at all.
Hunter was much better than ordinary (lol) for 3 quarters, had maybe 3 howlers for the whole night, buys a lot of time.
Couple of small backs went quietly about their business (Crozier is a farkin star).
Forget R.Smith was out there for a large chunk of that, probably the only casualty.

Let's see how much progress the team has made since then. If we go 3-0, like we should, then maybe this has been a good season for the team's development. We'll see.

To be fair R. Smith provides some decent defensive coverage around the field. But probably not quite enough to keep him in the team, as players return.

Didn't lack and in and under mid tonight, won the clearances, the balance was good.

Geelong should have buried the game early but for once the opposition was the wasteful team, after half time was a complete turnaround Geelong were barely hanging in there during the last.
