No, but at the very least you'd think he'd be stood down considering it seems he doesn't even dispute the fact he sent the video (the lawyer's statement I skimmed was basically about the fact that context of why the video was sent is not public knowledge)

Purely from a PR standpoint it doesn't look good if your team is potentially going to feature someone charged with felony child pr0n possession

Either had I until I saw aussiedude's post, and even then it took more than a simple Google search to find more detail (that wasn't behind a paywall) than Nebraska's HC Scott Frost saying they don't know if he'll play this week

In the end, I found this article which has some detail:

The tl;dr of it is
- the player involved is Maurice Washington, a SO RB for Nebraska
- He had an explicit video of a girl when she was 15 with two male students - she alleges that it was a sexual assault (he was not involved at all)
- This video was apparently widely distributed at their school before the school found out, and they and the police told everyone who had the video to delete it, but it seems he did not.
- The girl also happens to be his ex-girlfriend from when he was a freshman in HS.
- Last year he sent it to her with the words "remember this hoe". Why he did this, and why 3+ years after the incident happened, is unclear to me.

Given the girl is 15yo in the video it is technically child pornography, and given it was presumably sent to emotionally hurt the girl it falls under California's new revenge pr0n laws also and is a felony

Nevada beating Purdue today

Utah State pushing Wake Forest to the limit
Colorado State not embarrassing ourselves Colorado
And even our weak link in SJSU won their game (who cares if it was vs an FCS school, that's good for them)

Hopefully Boise State and/or Fresno State can win tomorrow. Or even Wyoming (As much as I think their type of gameplan CAN trouble a side like Missouri. They don't have the personal to matchup on them.)

personally, I think cord will give us the greater chance to win today.
However, bachmeir is the way of the future. Only played 1 half as a true freshman and I made more confident with him behind centre than Brett rypien.

Very happy with Sachs at kicker. Starting to get relaxed Now. Hopefully he’s a junior. Don’t want a 1 and done kicker when he’s actually good.

Not impressed with our defence. But it’s a makeshift coaching group after Avalos went to Oregon after most coaching staffs in the country were settled. I’ve seen enough today to feel confident of running the table as we struggled last time vs k.briles. No one else we play is capable of doing this damage to us.
