Much appreciated CSTRAINING TODAY : went down today following comments
land of the giants :
Winx . amazing one on one marking with best defenders marked it time and again , also to some running ( Rough head is attached to his hip talking to him all through training )
Carlisle : no pies over off season happy enthusiastic hes back !
Brown : I thought last year he had made major strides in mobility well folks hes improved even more. if someone else want to play full back they have a real challenge , i had him as first replaced not sure
Dougal : Carsilie type marks the ball his height and speed will be telling on lynch and brown types ( if he gets a game in front of our brown ) can kick really well mobile "we have done well"
Ryder : think hes been on the Carlisle diet , i thought he looked heavy at port last year not now , we will call Ryder to Hill a fair few times this year that chemistry is evident already
Marshall : he actually look short in that group still has great hands and amazing follow up , if you didn't want to ruck him he could be old fashion ruck rover
Ryan Abbott :Nice movement and would be considered to be good with the ball for ruckman , hes no physical beast
smooth movers :
Brad Hill : if he plays the way he trains man oh man , i was looking for a favourite out of the new mob and i think ive found it . the ground he covers and the ease of ball handling
Jack Billings : to me he remains underrated by people but he just looks so assured big year ahead
Dalt Langland : this kid had no pre season last year , he is making up for it this year will not die wondering not as sure with ball in hand
Ben Paton : he has really hit the gym and is clean Geary will want to be bloody good to keep him out and right now he doesnt look that good
hunter Clark :not sure were you play him but anywhere would be fine , really seemed to be covering the ground and taking the ball with confidence
Gresham : the zip zip bunny just got fit
Phillips : needs urgency in ball movement , you can see him thinking what to do
savage : a bit like brown i thought he would easily get overtaken , not by the way he trained with desperation and aggression
the grunts :
Dunstan : pushing again on his weakness "run"
Seb : is what you expect cant get much better
Bytel : ive put him in the grunt rather than smooth . seems more like a seb ross type give it off to player in better position , great vision and it a one move give off to first option ( one of my bug bears is not taking the first option or having the ability to ) this kid can and will . his resting position will have to be
forward not a wing , he has to play in the guts so who does he push out ? i think he will push someone out who i dont know
Nice work Curly!......Cheers!TRAINING TODAY : went down today following comments

There is always something happening down at St Kilda Kegs! You should know that my friend!Where exactly do you find training schedules? I'd love to make the trip down from g-town one day to check out the lads and new digs but it's a long way to go if there's nothing happening
missed a couple of players but dont think zak jones was there certainly not training with groupsorry if mentioned but did you clock Jones CS?
im close by so i can take a drive past monday / thursday around 10 seems to be at sandy at presentThere is always something happening down at St Kilda Kegs! You should know that my friend!
Maybe not quite like during the Butters reign!
But at the very least you might see Satan trying to dethrone Matt Finnis from the
CEO position by shagging his assistant!
Apparently intellectual property is very important these days!

What didnt like my opinionWould love to hear another persons opinion on the players who has seen them train
Thursday at 10am was always a sure bet under Richo but Ratten changed up the start times week by week when he took over, so it can be hit or miss.Where exactly do you find training schedules? I'd love to make the trip down from g-town one day to check out the lads and new digs but it's a long way to go if there's nothing happening

I see it a different way. I think this embarrassing behaviour should be highlighted and called out in open forum. And with the utmost respect, I don't care if he can't defend himself. He drove away many good people from this board over the last few years and was one of the main proponents behind most of the arguments we used to have on here.
He had a long history of abusing other posters and threatening them with physical violence so I'm not sure what decency you saw in him.
He says he was a big advocate for mental health yet continued to be divisive and abusive.
We have that mental health thread stuck for a reason - you are very active there and offer great support to those there that need it - but with the amount of messages we received about his appalling behaviour, he was going to be shown the door anyway.
He wasn't the first and won't be the last person that has their privileges removed and I hope the general consensus now is that this forum is a much more civil place to be.
Would love to get back on topic - yes I know I'm not helping!
Who did he threaten with physical violence?
When are you going to admit you have a major conflict of interest with your position at the club and being a moderator on this public forum? There is no way you can remain objective as moderator with your involvement and VDS being permanently banned just highlights that. He had been on the forum years before you became a moderator I dont think its any surprise that he is now banned.
You're wrong on this one,Who did he threaten with physical violence?

Great stuff S66 ThanksThought would give an update of sorts for those interested, went to function tonight at RSEA.
Upon of completion of women’s fixture the first sod will be turned for the Health & Wellness centre
including specialised pool....it will named after the great man Danny Frawley.
Finnis announced it tonight ...
Lade gave update on players .
Anyone in doubt how good is Dougal Howard Shouldn’t he is a gun , talked in raptures about the kid.
Said Jones as we generally know will bring speed & toughness on the edges , something team needs.
Talked about Hill said he brings enormous energy to group , particularly verbal ,Lade said the Saints
are a very quiet team not anymore with Hill buzzing around .
Talked about Ryder ...very very motivated to prove something lost 7kg since he last played for Port Adelaide
wouldn’t be talking about him playing at Sandringham much on a mission.
Butler brings edgy speed to front half , also some very good IP with him to add to StKilda new style of
play which will mean moving the ball faster and defending significantly better than we have in the past.
Who is the most impressive & improved player on our list .......Bytel.
Spoke conservatively about Max King ...said his body is in shape , but a 200cm forward is not going
to be allowed to run & mark the ball in the big league , without developing a forward craft and is working
on it.
Ratten’s focus is bringing old players in rooms pre / post game bringing enthusiasm to match days .

Thanks for the update. Naming the new stand after Frawley is a fantastic tribute to him.Thought would give an update of sorts for those interested, went to function tonight at RSEA.
