What's happening at Collingwood then? How do you go from 2nd to 16th in less than 3 years? How can you be satisfied with that appalling drop-off?
Players want Nathan replaced as coach ASAP as relationships are no longer repairable with some players. Nathan always blames the player’s for losses and not he’s game plan so they have stopped playing for him. Some good Player’s are going to ask for a trade out of Collingwood if Nathan is head coach in 2022.

Please spare us your bullcrap.

The Footyology podcast with Rohan Connolly/ Mark Fine claimed that Roughead & Grundy have openly questioned the game plan. They also said that other players are angry with DeGoey for playing for himself ahead of the team.

Terry Wallace described it as the drift.
It is the drift away from a senior coach by key figures around him when they realise he is more likely to leave than stay.

It is happening at Collingwood, where senior players and key football staffers are increasingly feeling fresh ideas and a new coach are the best way forward for the Pies.

Senior players love Nathan Buckley, universally admire him as a good bloke.

But now, many who have put unwavering faith in his direction have expressed to friends and confidantes that there is little spark, little energy at the club.

They wonder what a new coach would do to enliven a team and club that has become mediocre in many ways.

Collingwood, once so elite in so many departments, now has a misfiring board, list management issues, a lack of effort from its team and a game plan that at times looks like a dog’s breakfast.

Football department staff wonder out loud why such a good coach has made so many confusing decisions on strategy and selection.
And now Joffa is in trouble as well. I wonder if Eddie will stand up for him as well. Karma is a bitch...

Please spare us your bullcrap.
Collingwood are in a sad place when important core player’s in Grundy, Roughead, Maynard, Moore, Sier, Quaynor, Elliott, De Goey, & Howe plus father son parents want Nathan Buckley replaced as coach.
