Hawks are bottom 4 for a reason

First half of the season absolutely but since the bye they've been improving and in the last two weeks they've been red hot. Accuracy has been a big part of it but there is no denying that they aren't playing like a bottom 4 team.

I’m convinced Young has been brought in to play ruck. It makes no sense for Bevo to pick him at CHB 2 weeks before finals when he’s refused to use him in the backline virtually for the entire year.

Definitely a concern Keath coming back after 2. If he does a hammy our season is over. Would have given him 1 more and risked Gardner .

Hoping Tim plays forward and Young play 80% ruck. Has a good leap and he could halve the contest better than Tim. Tim is also our most natural forward.

If Tim plays majority ruck I have no reason why Young is selected. He is no forward and please do don’t place Cordy in the forward line and Young back. With Bevo you never know and he is 50/50 with some decisions. Some work brilliantly and others are massive fails.

I know English isn’t amazing in the ruck and we all want a genuine number 1, but do you really think Young is that much better than him in the ruck?
What makes you say English is our most natural forward? I have as much faith in English kicking a goal as I do Naughton.

Hawks have been in good form. Won their last 3 and drew the fourth v Dees. They also play Lonnie very well.

I think we should win but don't think it's as easy as the ladder looks.

I would have thought that the fly in play on the same day would have been to risky for Keath coming off the hammy.
I guess it shows how crucial this game is, lose and we could be vulnerable in the top 4 as Brisbane are ever chance to belt the Pies and West coast in the next two games.
