Seemed like a massive difference in the midfield this year to last. Poppy Kelly absolutely dominated, and Seymour is an excellent #2. The handballing through the midfield regularly hit a target, and lots of overlap run which was rewarded with being released into space. Conti sensational as always, liked Lavey and Hosking in there as well.

Forward line looks much better with just the two talls. Yassir took a while to get into the game but when she did her skills really stood out. Kiely didn’t see much of it but was classy when she did. Backline was solid but a few brain fades from Miller will probably hurt against better sides. For the most part though they were cause when she was trying to take the game on which I like. the new Hosking was soild across half back, but doesn’t seem to have inherited the same footskills as her sister.

Overall couldn’t ask for much better, hope we can get McKenzie back in as we could give the good teams a shake on our day. Go tigers!

Great start to the season by the girls, thought we looked better as they game wore on. Some great passages we didn’t quite finish off . Some terrific goals in play then KB and my fav Courtney best mark in W game stood tall
Recruits worked into the game and the ferocity of the hosko twins is infectious . Rapt for millzy to get that assist late, she busted a gut and zig or zag here and there and she was away .
