It is yeah but DA now saying that’s not the case. Merlino says it is, DA says hasn’t been confirmed yet.
Seems it's 16+ now. Last time I checked it was 18.

"All individuals aged 16 years and over are recommended to receive a COVID-19 vaccine booster dose to maintain an “up-to-date” status. This booster dose is now recommended from 3 months after the last primary dose. This is called the ‘due date’."

A piece of string is as long as it actually is.

Got an answer to my question though?

Why would I have an answer?
I posted the stats. You can make of it what you like.

I’ve already said it doesn’t change anything past or present. They are stats. If you feel they are meaningless then bring it up with the Australian Bureau of Statistics.

Are you vouching for the veracity of this document ?
"On December 16, 2021, FDA reissued the EUA (PDF, 493 KB) for the authorized Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, including an update on expiration dating. FDA is extending the expiration date of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine that uses the Tris buffer (vials with gray caps and labels with gray borders) from 6 months to 9 months when held at -90 °C to -60 °C"

Does it matter?
Peak selfishness is expecting the whole world to stop for the few.

We're in a pandemic, believing that every death is preventable is a fallacy.
Of course it does.

I've seen this so often. People trying to downplay the effect of the virus (as in the post I quoted) by saying "but, they had pre-existing conditions".

Well, that may be the case, however the point is that if it weren't for the virus they'd probably still be alive.

You seemed big on stats, that's all.

Do you have stats for that claim?

Haha.. not a chance they will.

I’m sure the Australian Bureau of Statistics are now considered RWNJs for releasing them.
Nothing wrong with the stat, it's the motivation of posting them which I am challenging.

Ie - Let's devalue the effect of the virus by using the "pre-existing conditions" qualifier.

Jeff has 20 IQ points on Dan. That's the main difference. Both of them are egomaniacs.

I’m not sure he does mate.

Some of his actions as President of the HFC are not those of an intelligent human being.

Hence I said “doesn’t change anything past or present, they are just stats”.

If they were completely meaningless, they probably wouldn’t have seen the light of day.

You're making assumptions about the motivation of that poster because you find the data inconvenient.

Surely it should be a kick up the bum for the many Aussies that maintain unhealthy lifestyles. Go to gym, eat healthy, and manage your own risk.

Yes, and you just posted it because you love stats. Gotcha. :)

No it doesn't.

No one is trying to downplay it, we're in a pandemic.
Sacrificing the lives of 99.98% of the population for the elderly or pre existing conditions isn't feasible.
Unfortunately they got handed a shitty hand, I just hope their death was swift and surrounded by loved ones.
