It's so depressing to be near the bottom of the ladder for so long and still have arguably one of the most underhwheming young crop of players in the comp.
Exactly
There are so few young players to be excited by
I just can’t see any talented ones wanting to stick around

Go back to the end of last year and this place was puffing its chest at how good our youth was. There's plenty of talent on the list. It is however not being developed.

12 clangers, only 2 of them free kicks against.

That means 10 of his touches have directly resulted in the opposition gaining possession.

Brutal.
I knew from the first inside 50 we were in for another day of pain from his boots.

He makes Adam Simpson look like Schwatta with ball in hand.

s**t quality, but this is the kind of nonsense that drives me insane.

Zurhaar under the ball, front position, contesting for the mark.

Larkey comes over the top of him and goes for the punch.

WHY.

Shouldn’t be condemning anyone who showed signs last year, Jy, TT, LDU, Powell, Larkey - we know they can all play

The structures and whole side are a rabble and it’s reflecting in their individual performances

Because Zurhaar was too far under the ball and the Saint player would likely have taken an uncontested mark.
