No it wasn't. Archer was nowhere near the contest, then went in when the dogs player was tackled. Was only ever going to collect one or both of the players in the contest

He was reckless but allowed to go for the ball. Accidents do happen.

The game is played in full speed not on replay, had every right to contest it and no issue for mine. Obviously unfortunate that the dogs player got hurt.

They has to add twice as many commentators this year which must have kept his job alive

Yes. Archer with the contact below the knees rule he isn't expecting someone to fall at his feet in that situation
