I will say the Collingwood system also seems to make players better. Carlton OTOH makes good players look bad. The lack of connectivity between players I saw last night was Eaglesque. The Pies synergy was visible far better. I think North has definitely improved that this year, whereas WC, Richmond and Carlton just look amateurish.
