Zuurhar out Harvey in....He didnt do to bad today in the vfl win and can kick a goal plus he has a footy brain...

Saying that there most likely only be 4 changes so l think 1 of those below is safe.

Fisher out inj .........Archer in
McKercher out .......Phillips in
Logue out.............Pink in
Powell out.............Ford in
l would like to see Harvey in but if so it might be at the expense of Konstanty eventhough it should be Zurhaar..
Zuurhar will not be dropped

The way the crowd reacted to the handful of one percenters that were performed - LMac smothering, a half decent tackle - shows you how starved we are of watching a team just do the basics. Like it was a standing round of applause on the wing for a smother, cos that shit is so rare.

Teach them how to defend. That’s it. That’s all we do for the rest of the year, and those that won’t do the one percenters don’t play.

What needs to happen:

1. Don't care who, but W Dawson, K Dawson or Pink to come in for Chom the defender so that plan can be shot into the sun. His decision making is diabolical and all he can reliability do is mark. The coaches are clearly doing everything in their power to avoid him actually playing on a direct opponent so he may as well use his 1 wood in our forward line, where we desperately need his marking ability and the affect of his brain farts is minimised. The KPF experiment is over. Time to make it official.

2. Chom forward or Teakle / Maley in if Chom restarts his career as a KPF in the VFL but ffs, our forward structure is appalling. It gets worse when JD rucks. It needs to encourage longer, quicker entries more often, which will happen if mids trust there's more aerial capability to work with. We consistently lose the I50 count and we're already conceding +120 pts a game so we've got little to lose by being more direct.

3. Drop 4+ players. DGAF who, as long as at least 2 of them aren't 1st / 2nd year players. As many have mentioned, WillPhil et al aren't the answer per se but accountability is, and only dropping a 3-game sub after being -150 points the last 3 games just isn't good enough. Players in the 2s need to know their good form and effort will be rewarded. Players in the 1s need to know their poor form and effort has consequences. If that means we churn through our 23rd - 30th best player each week then so be it. Their collective input on the result is less important then the cultural importance of accountability.

What will happen:

Out - Fisher
In - Archer

Lol then turned the ball over. I pissed myself laughing..

BuT hE’s HaViNG A gOoD yEaR - **** OFF

You know what, I am not his biggest fan (and I also had to watch his father play and do some inexplicable things).

But, when he walks off the ground he is spent (and some of that is due to him trying to cover for a lot of his teammates).

Does everyone else in the team put in the same effort?

Outs:
  • 10 metre kicks that if they hit the target would be called not 15 anyway, but we still somehow miss the target
  • overhandballing and running ourselves into trouble
  • trying to find the perfect option, rather than taking the clear first option and executing it
  • whatever on earth the zone defence is that results in a glacial paced switch having all our players out of position and a Joe the goose goal
  • allowing the opposition to waltz the ball out of the middle

Ins:
  • simple football which is predictable to each other
  • anyone at all on our list who will have a go and can implement the above (not sure there are many)

Lol thats all for nothing when you turn the ball over. Its counter productive

Who gives a shit
Yes spot on won’t make hard decisions as rather use Scapegoats to try and solve problems.
This is mates club in every aspect and mates don’t get rid of mates.
This is no longer a supporters club as it has become a weak as piss culture of cry babies, mummy boys,Incompetent fools, lying frauds that has laid the foundation for the NMFC Woke Empire and sold out the true supporters of this club.
The only decision that organisation will make what type of Wine or Seafood should we get for our Empire next home game not we should be looking a potential removal of a coach or dropping big name under performing players.

You are probably right.

I tried to like the Caleb Daniel recruitment but even when I pretended that I thought it was good I knew I was deceiving myself. He might be a decent bloke in real life - I'm sure he is - but he is probably the greatest cause of this team's dismal performances in my opinion. Until North can work out a way to exploit whatever it is he brings, he has to be out of the AFL side. Slipping Sheez back to the HBF seems like it's wasting his talent but it's a team game and I think the team would benefit greatly if he can recreate some of his early form in that position. Archer back for Fisher and Scott to replace Stephens.

I also agree with you on Chom. He can grab a mark (sometimes) but it's what happens next that causes anxiety. Like Daniel, Chom is exposing the next player up the field by putting them under the hammer. In my opinion, CHF or FF with Darling as a playing coach would benefit the team greatly.

I'd prefer Pink to Logue, who is hopefully not yet fully recovered. If he is then he's cooked. K. Dawson would also be an improvement. LMac to have a rest. I'd even look for a place in the team for Teaks as I felt the team looked better with him in it last year.

We only over handball because we move the ball too slowly and our down field players don’t work hard enough to find space. The alternative is the dump kick to an out number and they rebound. Oppo teams don’t find it that hard to run into space but we do
