So it sounds like both De Goey & Mihocek are in fact actually injured but rather than list them as so, they've gone with 'managed' to make it sound like they're not taking us overly seriously? That's quite funny.

I don't doubt that they're carrying something. But just about every player is carrying something. Most of the time it's minor enough that they play through it.

I think pies will still win by 23 points, but won't be a flogging it would of been if this was at the MCG

I think it will be an honourable loss.

We seem to give conditional effort. Tonight it will be enough to show a reaction to last week and avoid the blowtorch treatment, but not enough to overturn a hungry and well-drilled team.

I hope I’m wrong of course. I’m always cheering and hoping for a Freo win.

The intent and speed will be better at the start, but our poor skills will hurt us and Collingwood will do too much damage on the rebound.

They'll take advantage of their momentum when it's switched and it will be catch up all night.

Daicos + Long for minimum 55d, 15 clearances and a goal combined. Sidebottom to hit targers while we bomb it long and fail

Hopefully Simpson starts well and plays with confidence (if he's not sub)

I actually think we will win tonight. Don't know why because pies are good and we are not. However after seeing the game play for GTA 6 I have renewed hope. Yes I'm very aware they are not related but silly freo fan logic in play.

Pies by 17. Face it our season without Hayden Young is stuffed anyway. As OP rightly points out we have no power mid game. Major deficiency still very apparent after 2 seasons without the gun Mundy.

Ruck "battle" (sacrasm) will be "interesting".

Can we lay tackles consistently and aggressively across all 4 quarters?
Can we take contested marks inside our own F50?
Can we go quickly instead of stop, hold ball 30 seconds, then long bomb down the line?
Can we have a passable Q1?
Can we score red time goals?
Can we stop red time goals?

Will players lower their eyes and honour the leads with direct low kicks, or is 70% going to be the flourbag arc kick?
Do we use a tagger?
Do we let them run around with a spare all night?
Does JLo leave the coaches box again if we are not playing well?

How will the crowd react if we are as bad as last week?

I don't generally rate Pies fans, but I must say I am a little sorry for the WA based Pies fans who hardly ever get a chance to see them play live, finally get a prime Thursday night game in Perth, only to miss out on possibly their last ever chance to see Pendles play live in Perth because he is "being managed".

Erasmus sub is so cooked against a hard running team when we are light in the middle. Freo selection panel makes really really odd choices.

Jackson must literally be playing solely
As a mid
