I think he'd do exactly what I would which is randomise as normal and let them sink or swim

Yeah but your not normal.

I would probably do the cotton wool thing, though making a new-starter a flog would work too.

I would actually make Headless head vamp because it would be hilarious, but I don’t think anyone else would do that
