Just when you thought everyone had weighed in... The Turks reckon it'll be tough for the Cats!
There we go

No replacement either, would have to go out and get one.Don’t agree with trading Hayward
underrated defensively and would be a weapon around good fit kpf
There we go
I get it.... but jeez that's a shitful conversation.
"We may or may not need to throw you into the trade to bring in Curnow. Whaddaya say?"
"Well, I guess if I have to..."
Of course they are. They are professionals being paid hundreds of thousands of dollars a year to do a sport they love.
I think they are fine.
It'll hurt for a short time but once the season starts, as professionals, they'll move on.They are professionals being paid hundreds of thousands of dollars a year to do a sport they love.
I think they are fine.
I thought the same until I saw this from a mate:Hayward going sucks, but guess I gotta accept it
I've said it before but I'd be interested in Shannon Neale. I'm not sure why he'd want to play 3rd Banana behind Jezza and Curnow
I can confidently tell you both that O'Sullivan and Neale would absolutely NOT be for sale. They'd probably be two of Geelong's five or so untouchables.See, this is where things get interesting. The Cats will have to shift a player.... but, who gets that player? Maybe, we are more interested in that player than Curnow? We give Geelong the capital to close on Curnow and Marshall but we get a player we like and hold some capital. If that player was Connor O'Sullivan I'd be a happy man
Kicked our first goal in both games too I think.I thought the same until I saw this from a mate:
Will Hayward:
2024 Grand Final - 1 Goal and a total of 6 disposals at 50% efficiency.
2022 Grand Final - 1 Goal, 1 tackle and 11 disposals.
If we really want Curnow Punts, then we have to give up someone they value & Hayward, as much as we love all these blokes, was one they chased hard last year before he signed & along with Ollie, I'd be happy to not have to watch him play in our reserves because he looked a shadow of himself running around there for those few weeks.Don’t agree with trading Hayward
underrated defensively and would be a weapon around good fit kpf
Sounds like they think their 23 is untouchable.I can confidently tell you both that O'Sullivan and Neale would absolutely NOT be for sale. They'd probably be two of Geelong's five or so untouchables.
Me either. This is probably the only other option given a Rowbottom trade didn't work out though. They wouldn't accept 2 picks and Florent.Don’t agree with trading Hayward
underrated defensively and would be a weapon around good fit kpf
Think two 1sts and we get their F2 F3 back or something maybe? So Hayward, Florent and a 1st? 2 1sts would be overs if two players are involved.
They got touched up in the GF.Sounds like they think their 23 is untouchable.
