Jenkins is pathetic. How is he still in the team? Get that young key forward in the team (I can't remember his name but he played last year)
Fogarty should be taking Tex's spot before JJ

2017 just seems so long ago when looking at Adelaide.
They were incredible then, moved the ball so quickly, fluently, easily. But since the GF, they been really poor, stagnant.
Incredible change
Get the feeling they kinda screwed up their culture with the cult-y stuff

At the ground:

crows lazy and unfit + running dumb. Every break for geelong = we're 10m behind them running through the mid until a defender has to leave their man as they come into 50 --> their opponent free. Always outmanned.

Evey crows break forward they have numbers advantage already in defense AND then they have 4-5 guys 10m ahead of our midfielders who are running back to defend and they can also close down our runners without their defenders needing to get exposed.

Absolutely lazy. Not even 1 way running, 0 way running

Adelaide are a good team but having Tex and Jenkins in that forward line limits them quite a bit. Both are slow and have a turning circle like the Queen Mary.

Surprised that Adelaide persist with it tbh.

Can someone give me a legitimate reason why so many "experts" had the Crows as a lock for the top 4 pre season?
I think they just thought let's grab the 2017 team, ignore the fact players got older and just assumed it was going to happen easily.

Tex and Betts aren't the same. Neither is Jacobs.

Lose Lever (and his replacement) and its obviously not a walk in the park.

The KP depth isn't the same as a result, and I think that far outweighs the positives of some identical mids coming back... Also Cameron is a huge loss now that Betts isn't the same.
