2019 needs to be the year that North Melbourne draw a line in the sand and say enough.
We need to refresh the list with players who are physically capable of playing a full season, and have the drive and motivation to pull on the North jumper and embrace everything that it represents.
Sick of the same mid paced, mid sized, nice guy mentality playing group that we constantly put on the park.
Go to the draft with plenty of list spots and trade for picks.
Stop spending our money on mercenaries and instead spend it on the coaching and recruiting staff.
We will achieve nothing under the constant regime of mid-table mediocrity that we have been fed for the past 20 years.
Lets all accept a few years of pain to get out of this constant rut - after all it couldn't be any worse than what Brad has put us through for the past 10..
Brad Scott replaced as coach.
Jack relieved of the captaincy.
Daw to be mothballed until next year.
Garner out.
Wood out.
Unfortunately Jacobs needs to be let go at the end of this season (not sure if he still has a contract to run but pay him out).
Wright out
Thompson out
Trade MacMillan
Trade McDonald
Play the kids for the remainder of the season under a caretaker coach that embraces a willingness to play to their strengths
