Funny thing with FOS seems to look up to the ump after stoppages almost in a way he looks guilty. Hope it doesnt influence imps to award frees against.

That's exactly what I thought about FOS and George. Conversely I was surprised at how many Powell got.

Feels like the natural progression will be adding more wing time to his HB duties, as Scott is squeezed out of the side?

Is FOS really any more likely to get time in the guts than Kerch or Sheeze in the foreseeable?

Nah, there is absolutely no time to rush him. Let him play more outside roles for the next 2-3 years. Utilises his class, running capacity and decision making as a receiver before banging up his body as a contested mid.

To vindicate a position they’ve taken on an issue. Absolutely.

He's the real deal. They're giving him a defensive edge but he'll end up centre to wing and will be pure composure.

Is there a way he can train away from the club?

Selfless, fleet of foot, enjoys a defensive challenge, chases. Was chasing and calculating our defensive deficiencies in his first game better than 100-game players. I don't want to beat any of that out of him, but if the unfettered bad habits of his teammates are anything to go by, there's a chance it is beaten out of him

One thing that's impressed me in his rookie year, and it's been alluded to quite a bit already - his composure with ball in hand.
How many times have we seen him just spin an opponent off, giving himself some space before disposing.

Reading through this thread and was about to post the same thing
His main criticism from draft watchers was he was not a high accumulator but that was put down to playing high half foward but truly believe that the best road map for developing FOS is to follow the Isaak Heeney route.
I think he is more a HHF than a true mid
