yeah - I had my list (and I read through these threads again before starting this one)... Hase - gone. Wiz - gone. Then it was down to Pav or Johnno and after much umming and erring I went with the Great One.

Of course, if he's available and I don't pick him, he'll win the Coleman, the Brownlow, be AA captain, win the Norm Smith as the Premiership winning captain.... and he'll belong to someone else...

Although thinking about it... that would be a sacrifice I'd be prepared to make if that were to be the outcome.


And besides - you can brown-nose all you want d_b... if the random number sequencer thingamy don't like ya none... then too bad for you.

At the risk of sounding "undemocratic" - I'd be happy enough with that. Maybe we need to set some guidelines... >3 months membership to BF + >50 posts perhaps???? Dunno - just putting it out there...

Another possibility is that we "double-up"... so some players have two buddies for 2008?? Just another thought. (The first time we did this we had some posters with 2 buddies cos we didn't have enough participants.... )

I'll add the names to the list in order for the moment, and maybe we can thrash out some of the finer details when the registers of interest slows down to a trickle...
