It does, and its bullshit. He's entitled to the same protection as any other quarterback. When he's running around its a different matter, but if he stays within the pocket and gets rid of the ball they should throw a flag when seconds later some jackass comes crashing into him.

It was a NFL scandal when the Saints were doing it in their playoff run.
