Brett Anderson believes Hayward and Simpkin are very unlikely to be there by our 1st pick. So with Gallucci also a likely bolter being invited to draft throw in Logue linked to Sydney who slides?

Hayward on channel 9 saying him and his family are diehard Crer fans but doesn't give a preference as to who he'd like to play for.
Every time I hear a young gun speak out pre draft saying they love that mob I feel a little uneasy about picking them up but remember we managed to get that Crer love out of 2 sets of Cornes', Hartlett & Wingard not long after they play their first game against them.
Out of those ill take Florent and Venables/BerryMarshall, Florent, Berry, Drew, Venables, Powell-Pepper, English, Clarke all possible to be around the mark. Even Parfitt or Battle could be surprise selections.
Scrimshaw. He's always been more of a top 20 pick than a top 10 pick.Brett Anderson believes Hayward and Simpkin are very unlikely to be there by our 1st pick. So with Gallucci also a likely bolter being invited to draft throw in Logue linked to Sydney who slides?

Taranto won't make 9 either mate.I still want Taranto with our first but I think its getting more unlikely by the minute. I wanted him at 9. No way he will be around at our first now![]()
Same. work insane. but agree on 2 picks on best mids we can find and contested beasts at that. another for kpf and another utility with great foot skills. not asking muchI'll be honest due to being so busy with work I have NFI about this years crop so whoever we select will be a surprise to me.
I'm just hoping we get a couple of big assed quality genuine mids (or at least one)
Look forward to the detailed analysis by keen observers post draft.
I'd love it if we could get Scrimshaw, mainly because of what I've heard about his accuracy in kicking. But I don't think he'll slide far enough. There are a few midfielders around the top 10 who I think would make it to our previous pick 9(or 10 or 11) but won't make it to 14. If they do I will not be pleased.Scrimshaw. He's always been more of a top 20 pick than a top 10 pick.
According to Twomey, the Crows are into Berry with pick 13. Also Hayward.
I'd prefer us to take Berry at that pick, but would be satisfied with any two of Simpkin, Berry, Powell-Pepper or Hayward with picks 14 and 17. I'm less inclined to take Marshall and would rather take the chance that Kerr or Battle are still there at 30-31.With their history of retaining players, hopefully they go for the Crows fan. I'm keen on Berry.
Australia could probably use him for the next test.Daniel Venables

Reminds me of Davey Warner for some reason. Strong family links to North Melbourne.

Finally get to see some Jy Simpkin highlights.
Edit: They're really good highlights, jeepers.
