Mid A-team - Sandilands, Fyfe, Neale, Mundy, Hill, Bennell = best in the business
Mid B-team - Weller, Blakely, Langdon, Tucker, Balic, Crozier, Hill, Barlow = solid backups that mostly have great upside/improvement
Forwards - McCarthy, Apeness, Walters, Yarran = not great, but probably no worse than what we've had before
Defenders - Pearce, Johnson, Collins, Ibbo = probably our weakness
That's my preferred 22. Swap Barlow (if he leaves) for someone. Injuries will hurt like always. But fully fit, I think it's crazy to accept being down the bottom. I believe that side can definitely make the finals while still developing/building all of our good youngsters. And even contend for a top 4 spot with luck and a good draw.
Most important things will be the fitness and coaching staff. I think we really dropped the ball in both departments this year.
