What would the opinion be of trading pick 5 for two later first round picks. Looking at how many people think the draft will pan out, Oscar Allen (KPF, Larke medalist) or Noah Balta (raw but really highly regarded KPP) will still be on the boards at a mid teens pick, as will bolter Matt Ling, classy user of the ball with brilliant speed. These two players combined would address two big needs for us, another tall to develop and grow, plus pace and clean usage. Haydn McLean and especially Coleman-Jones look to have slid down draft boards when you look at draft forums and phantom drafts, so one of those two could also be floating around at a later pick.
Ideally if the club walked away with;
Allen/Balta (KPP)
Ling
Coleman Jones/ McLean (KPF)
*Prospect type - Sambono/ Kreuger/ L. Ryan*
Would that be considered a 'bust'?
