NFL 2017 NFL Pre-Draft Discussion

Thinking about Allen, I can't remember a draft where so many blue chip prospects have had their draft stock fall, usually all we read about is how many prospects shoot up draft boards.

There are some very good teams who are going to pick up some very good talent because the weaker teams can't afford to misfire on a pick with any sort of cloud over their head.

Without the shoulder medical flag, I think Allen is the best player in this draft.

Quick poll feedback needed from the Bigfooty gang tomorrow morning do I:

1) Attend my customer presentation where we hope to sign our mulit-million dollar managed services contract or
2) Stay at home watch the draft, post pointlessly and wittlessly on the web mocking everyone else's draft picks whilst exclaiming that the 49ers were shocked that the player we took was still on the board?

This was the view from my front door yesterday as the NBN contractors were rushing to install my NBN connection in time for the draft (and on the way to hitting a gas pipe).

I'm trying to work into my presentation how Trubisky's pocket awareness and intangibles and high up side will reduce overall application landscape cost and improve service level assurance through a flexibile cloud deployment model.

No brainer, 2 with a bullet. I have to come to work unfortunately but will have an iPad hidden on my desk.

So there is apparently video footage contradicting what this woman is saying about Conley. She said they met in the lift but apparently surveillance footage shows them in a bar together earlier in the night talking for like 25 minutes.

Edit: sorry talking 25 minutes before she said they first met in the lift.

Here is a little tip for a potential first round pick three weeks before the draft---

Stay out of the bars

A league source told Profootballtalk.com that the "current buzz" is Ohio State CB Gareon Conley will slip into round three after he was accused of rape by a Cleveland woman this week.

It's better than not being drafted at all, of course, which became a distinct possibility when the allegations were made. Our takeaway from this report is that NFL teams are putting in time on Conley's situation and may be determining that they believe the allegations to be potentially false. Before being accused of the felony crime, Conley was a sure-fire first-round prospect.

Cowboys will still take him round 1. He will room with Zeke in preseason. Lock up your daughters Dallas.

Would still take Conley at 14 at this stage. He's that good.

If not I'd love to trade down a bit and grab King or White.
