Robertson situation reminds me of Constable - people had him early 20's (even late teens) and he slipped to 36 or whatever it was. Will be interesting to see - maybe we were confident on getting Robertson so we went for players who might've been snapped up otherwise

That could also be it as well. If Wells was confident that he wasn’t going first round they made have held off thinking they have a chance later.

There are always exceptions. Dangerfield and Fyfe are exceptions because they are absolutely elite in several other areas. Robinson is a solid role player and Viney is overrated, IMO.

Danger and Fyfe spray it sometimes but but are long and penetrating kicks, robertson doesnt have that power

Also can’t be too disappointed when when Robertson is still there!!

I love De Koning. We will get a very good player next so I’m all good.

He wouldn't be a bad pickup at 26, AllAust and Larke Medalist, best player at the U18 CARNIVAL averaged 30 disposals.
Aust best team and best player.
Not real bad exhibition.

One must remember that before the leg this year he was highly touted ...the combine really put air in his pick number
