Beats losing that’s for sure. The most impressive thing Ratts has managed in his short time is scoring.. we’re finally offence around the ground. We’re taking the game on, rather than constantly zoning defensively.

I’d be more than happy to sign him long term. The players seem to like him and he should have a free kick next year with King & Bytel effectively new recuitsbas well.

Interesting how he’s improved your team by improving offense whereas Shaw has improved North by improving their defence. Meanwhile we can’t seem to get either right..

Get on board a national reserves comp. Imagine the reserves game as curtain-raisers to the main game. Being able to keep eye on the players coming through would be another bonus.

I believe PA has b more chance of playing finals this year than we do. Essendon, Swans, North and Freo last 4 games. Make the 8 and all the pressure goes off Ken. I think we will struggle to win 1 of our games.

The Port (BF) board is - reasonably, IMO - weighing up the cost of paying out Hinkley vs the cost of declining membership & sponsorship revenue. Who knows where the tipping point is, but it's a reasonable question.

We just scraped into the eight and made the grand final. We lost the grand final to a side that also scraped into the eight: Carlton, 161 to 58. Don Pyke was sacked effective immediately.
