Through thick n thin heyBit of scuttlebutt that Cameron is off to the Cats just waiting the announcement.Caldwell also told friends he is off. Not sure what's happening at the club the only Cameron most people I talk to wanted to go was the coach.
Matthews will have big questions to answer for this stuff up letting his blindness over the coach cost the club dearly.
Questioning my membership for next season starting to wonder if we are in good hands.

Both of these may end up being true, however I'm sceptical. Both are running against the popular discussion (in itself that doesn't mean it isn't true)Bit of scuttlebutt that Cameron is off to the Cats just waiting the announcement.Caldwell also told friends he is off. They haven't left yetGutted
I feel like our window is officially about to slam closed for a while, unless we can convince a big fish to come to us.
And sadly the big fish seem to only look at the Giants as an option when in a premiership window.
Interesting to see how it all pans out

Firstly as of yesterday, Jezzs's manager had yet to speak to anyone else, unlikely that a deal was arranged so quickly.
Has told friends, is basically code for a mate of a mate knows him and he reckons his going.
I won't worry about it until it happens. If it happens.
Are you sure? He went to Melbourne, people speculated he was speaking to other clubs his manager confirmed he had at this stage only dealt with the Giants.Jezza met with a rival club last week.

Has it been mentioned differently elsewhere?
I stand to be corrected if there is contradictory information.
How do you know?I guarantee you he did.
Told.How do you know?
Told.
I don’t need to big note this is a shitty situation. He hasn’t decided but has met and done due diligence. Leave it there.
Is it Essendon, as Tom Browne seems to be banging on about? At least if he came to us, it wouldn't be such a kick in the teeth because he wants a change of scenery, and similar pay. If he leaves for Essendon, he's literally abandoning the club just because he wants his pay day and doesn't really care about anything else. I would hope he either stays with you guys or comes to us, but who knows
Geelong.
Surely if Cameron goes we have plenty of room in the cap to hit the trade period hard
That would be salary room from players leaving ;
Cameron - TBC
Williams
Corr
Caldwell -TBC
Hately
Shaw
Sheridan
Jacobs
Others - TBC
Even if Cameron stays we should still have room to make some surprise moves to keep us where we need to be
I'd look at extending some other contracts to start with, in terms of trade though there's not much that looks available that interests me, I'm a fan at looking at bringing a guy like FLorent across from the Swans, I really like what he brings when he's used in the centre and he'd certainly add that pace and class we need, or we could put him on a Wing and allow Kelly more time in the guts.Surely if Cameron goes we have plenty of room in the cap to hit the trade period hard
