What is Jaidyn Stephenson worth? Early 2nd?
One of our picks in the 50's assuming they are trying to get the salary of the books.

No one is going to do these arsehats any favours with the hole they've dug themselves.

Why on earth would we give up a second for Stephenson.

Then accept something similar for Brown

The ******* world is f’ed

Maybe because Stevo can play in more than one position, and is also able to kick goals.

Sure he's tailed off from his best, but he'e still young, and I wouldn't be against bringing him in. Also, if he's on 500K a year, that's a lot less than what Brown was demanding.

How much potential upside do people think he has? I personally haven't watched nearly enough of him to judge.

We have list spots and TPP to fill. He's 21 and by the sounds of it would come cheaply due to being a salary dump and coming off of a bad season. Assuming he's not roundly written off as as a list clogger then he's the perfect recruit for a club in our position.

I don't know what pick we're slated to get in this foursome, but I'd rather Clark came to us instead of Freo!

It would have to come from GWS so my guess would be whatever compo they get for Corr.

Says a bit about Hawthorn trying to throw us down the stairs with a late play for Corr.

Speaks volumes of where they are at.
I'm not so dirty on them having a crack. They're within their rights to make an offer, not doing anything untoward.

When it comes to securing signatures, it's not done, until it's done.

Of course North Melbourne sign a promising player or at least lodge the paperwork as part of the Free Agency window opening up and the article from the AFL website/app mentions Hawthorn first in the Title and then in the first few paragraphs.

Am I the only one concerned about what the Zac Williams compensation pick will do to our pick 9? Could some of the more learned around here postulate on the chances of us getting shafted here?

I think it was expected to be band 1.

National Draft Selections will be allocated to one of five places:
(A) First round;
(B) End of First Round;
(C) Second Round;
(D) End of Second Round;
(E) Third Round;
(iii) a National Draft Selection allocated under Rule 1.6(a)(ii)(A), (C) or (E) shall
be taken by the Club immediately after the Club’s selection in that Round
(as determined by the AFL Rules);

So it will push our pick 9 back because it will come immediately after GWS's existing pick, which is currently held by Adelaide as pick 8.
Ade - 8
GWS - 9
NM - 10

Think it was well known and accepted that we were going to be pushed back one by the Williams deal soon as it became clear about a month ago. It might be 9 now, but it will be 13/14 by the time we are on the clock draft night. Can move it up potentially but if we hold it that is where it will end up.

I heard that Lloyd was on the phone to him or his manager pleading he rejects us. That 4 eyed piss ant dickweed was allegedly doing similar
I have received an official complaint and am formally demanding an apology on behalf of pissants, for the outrageous suggestion that Damian Barrett is one of them. If this is not forthcoming within the next 48 hours I am instructed as their legal counsel to start court proceedings.
