If we get compo (and we should), yeah, it would be #47, or if we get really luck #37 (Band 4).

Might be a chance to get #37. It's a made up system with a fair bit of leeway but hoping that they take into account our loss for this year along with the contract that he gets from the Bulldogs.

Heard from an AFL outsider back when Jones made noise about coming back that we are obviously in a unique situation because COVID and the AFL forced our hand, that we will be looked on favourably when compensation is awarded.

Firming, having a great back half of the season

Quick, clean, leap, strong hands, very good user

Classy half forward with a turn of pace who can hit the scoreboard would be the main priority.

Would love the club to bring in a player who can have a really good first year and add that valuable link player to compliment our midfield. Think Stephenson in 2018, Butters in 2019.

If you are talking draftees, Oli Hotton would be that type

Based on age and money, think he's will be only worth a pick in the 45-55 range. Not sure if you can get a mid 3rd rounder so went with 4th rounder...

What makes you think he is worth pick 37? Which would be a steal for us, still a decent pick...

Band 5 is the lowest band of compensation. It comes immediately after your Round 3 pick.
Band 4 is end of 2nd Round (ie approx #37).

Given the circumstances of what happened with Jones a year ago, the AFL may help us out.

Humphrey, Hollands, George and Ginbey, are my favorites and within scope of P10, but should Phillipou slip a bit, I’m certain Austin would pounce, doubt it though, Port Adelaide will snap up Mattaes in a heart beat.
