We've added endurance ot he list but how many of them will be replacing the incumbents? Guys like Cripps and Kennedy aren't going to be replaced by these runners.
On SM-F926B using BigFooty.com mobile app
We passed on our last pick, and are intending to use it on rookie’ing Ed.
Question. Is he worth it anymore? Would we have been better off going for more youth, another KPP?

Should have been delisted and placed on the reserves list if we wanted to retain. We passed on our last pick, and are intending to use it on rookie’ing Ed.

We’ve just drafted two endurance beasts, we also traded in acres for the wing. Do we need Ed anymore? Endurance beast was his thing. What will he offer next year for us?
Solid reasoning. I like it!1. Keeps Charlie happy and got him re-signed knowing Ed was hanging around.
2. Will offer leadership and experience to the VFL team. Personally, I like it given the additions to the list. Going to have players in and out of the squad due to battling for position and if Ed is in the seconds will refuse to allow those dropped from seniors to get too low; will encourage and fire them up to win their spot in the B22 back.
3. Will be a reliable foot soldier IF/WHEN called upon for the senior team.
I'm for Ed having a genuine last season.

Ed, Dow, Fogarty, Carroll and Hollands in the VFL, who now finally have a target to kick to in Lemmey.
Having a strong VFL side is very important for development and keeping the best 22 honest.

Won’t know for about 5 yearsHarry Lemmey just might become part of footy folklore. How did he ever slip to that pick? Fingers crossed.
24Are the Campos eligible in 23 or 24?
Wow, big call!Lemmey is good enough to play round 1
If he's playing, then the way I see it, 2 of the following won't be: Pitto, TDK, JSOSLemmey is good enough to play round 1
No more watching Crocker at FF!!!So excited to have a depth KPF in our twos. Having a genuine focal point will be great for the developing midfielders. We must make the reserves strong.

Look I get this, but what I don't get is a focused and professional football club having a similar approach when they have all the information on hand. This feels like we went too far to indulge Voss when he refused to really engage in implementing multiple alternatives offered to him by his assistant and development coaches.I'm not willing to criticize Voss's game plan or his coaching group's thinking in terms of list requirements in their first year Jim.
What about those who can run quick while keeping their feet? Hollands, for all that he can do, is not that player enough compared to what was in that 10-25 range.I'm happy to see investment in draftees who can run, it is a good base to start their development and build on.
Lemmey is part of that answer, but I see him as more of a swingman. De Koning is another solve here, with the hope being that Mirkov kicks on. I wasn't expecting a ruck solve via the draft unless someone fell in our lap, and the Pittonet contract situation already sealed the deal a bit unless we went and snatched one of GWS' younger ruck options.Looking forward, the Club needs to find a second young ruck/ forward to commence developing and also a proper KPD to start developing - I don't think all things can be done in one draft.
That's the plan, but they've got to manage more than 10 games between them. Durdin will lift, but Motlop needs a lot of fitness work.As for '23 : Cuningham/Honey should come good in '23 if they stay fit and on the park - that will go a long way to solving for the lack of factor X in the forward rotations I suspect. Durdin / Motlop haven't disappointed either really.
I think we've got third tall solves up forward now, especially with Cowan coming in: Kemp is going forward with certainty.IMO we are still a couple of genuine mids short on the list - and the third tall position has to be sorted because Jack isn't a goal kicker.
It's sad that we have so many people getting paid to leave the entire process of making crunch decisions to the elation or humiliation of a finals series. We should play finals and find out more about who can and who cant in '23.

I was locked and loaded to do a far more sarcastic and acerbic version of this list, but you missed one:1. Keeps Charlie happy and got him re-signed knowing Ed was hanging around.
