Beaten by a much better side. It happens. My main worry out of today is how we manage to bounce back from this in 2023. The trauma from such a flogging in a big game would be immense. GWS have fallen into a massive hole since their GF hiding.

Well at least I never had hope after that horrible first quarter. I’m disappointed but I never expected this team to make the grand final.
Of course since we made it I wanted us to win but I won’t put down 2022 as a failure.

I am not surprised at this toweling. Melbourne outplayed us but we managed to scrap a win.
Almost blew it at home against a Collingwood team that doesn’t belong in the top 4.
We just don’t have enough players with big game experience atm.
We have a lot of scrappers who didn’t try hard enough today.
The only top level talent we have are Buddy, Papley, Warner, Paddy, Blakey.
Heeney, Parker, Mills are all scrappers.
Hopefully Mcinierney, Campbell and Stephens develop more next yr.
