Apologies for any inconvenience. We will try to find a replacement.
You, me and many many others I think mate, if NAS leaves I’ve already told all my mates to expect not to hear from me for a week or so, I just don’t know how we’d recoverNot all about me, but if NWM leaves that will just about be it for me. Already down to a 3 game membership, would be zero next year.
Not a threat, still love the club, but will indicate to me we will never compete or grow our list.
Not only can we not attract players, but the one genuine superstar we draft is developed by us and then, sold to one of the AFL's favoured clubs.
So who would be next to go? Pou? Tauru?
We are just a feeder club to the AFL favoured few if that is the case, and to me that means zero hope, zero to look forward to, zero growth.
Stand by on this one…I'd sign Tex Wanganeen to our ressies team next year. Cousin of Nas, and he is only 21. Very close to Nas, grew up together. Tex was delisted by the Bombers last season and played at Port Melbourne this year. He wasn't great, but Ross makes diamonds out of rocks.
Setting him up for life after footy with a base in Adelaide? Although he probably won't need to work again after he retires from the AFLI hope we are looking at left field things with NAS, get a house for the family to stay in close by, help with airfares, getting the family involved around the club in any way possible.
ie. bring the family to NAS not the other way around!

The club benefits so much from it too. Feels like saints just became every opposition supporters 2nd favourite team again
Despite his lips moving medical professionals cannot confirm there is any brain activity present in Alistair Lynch.are we seriously posting alastair lynch articles?
might have to subject him to a Turing testDespite his lips moving medical professionals cannot confirm there is any brain activity present in Alistair Lynch.
I understand that.
But you are not factoring in that we don’t control the quality of picks in any year bar this year (in the scenario that he decides to leave)
We could ask for 3 first rounders in 2026 and end up with 15/16/17
Must be an in joke. I did a bit of investigating and Max Hall referenced bongos which I thought maybe is Nas’s nickname and then Windhager commented on Max Halls picture saying “Hally bongos”has anyone figured out what bongos for longer actually means? is this windy's Covfefe moment?

Yeah but this time last year Josh Bottle was dancing on RTB’s shoulders.Dwyane really talking up the bonding moment with NAZ on the bosses shoulders.
Saying he has been part of that and it feels like family, and the bonding is intense.
You don't win flags continually being a development and feeder club. You don't come even closeMaybe we win a flag with 3.
Don’t care if they leave after that. I only want 1
I looked up the instagrams of about 15 players, I don’t follow any normally. Put more effort in than the Herald Sun doesMy dad
Nas, mate, you have to put us out of our misery. You have turned us all into Colombo.
The universal “hope he stays” from oppo supporters outside of SA has been quite something. Amazing what a pure, fair-playing superstar does for our external perception. We haven’t been envied in any way shape or form since the late 00’s.The club benefits so much from it too. Feels like saints just became every opposition supporters 2nd favourite team again
The best place for nas and his development is here. If he goes to SA he will not be able to get a minute of peace. Sign Tex as a rookie and give his sister a scholarship to Melbourne uni. Neo what ever it takes. With how Nas has progressed this year. I think Pou would be on a similar trajectory if he stayed injury-free for the season. Imagine the midfield of Nas, Pou, Windy, Hall, Garcia, Trav, Boxshall, and Wilson hitting their primes in a few years.
Maybe Nas plays the bongos at home and Windy lives with him so maybehas anyone figured out what bongos for longer actually means? is this windy's Covfefe moment?
it’s a clue
Port have access to the same scheme, no doubt they could use it to pay Nas extra as wellI’ve seen a few people saying the afl should step in with NAS and offer up some cash to force their hand and make him stay?
Would make sense from a commercial perspective imo, if they want a truly competitive competition I don’t see how losing him gets the comp any closer to being equal or more competitive than it currently is.
finally the hickey vs longer debate has been settled, thank you nasForget TDK, Windy and Nas have chosen their preferred ruckman for next season:
