That half volley pick up on the run and snapping it with the right foot from 40 out. Drilled it! Cant remember who it was against.

Thanks MM.:thumbsu: I've only got a vague memory. Essendon seems the most likely.

He seems to be in the strong leading forward like Rusling. I suspect may be quicker but Anthony is the more reliable kick with only one major injury to his name. Jack's contested marks doesnt have the bullocking style Travis and Rocca have, the clearing of the taggers with a shake of their shoulders and the raised elbows.

Collingwood has such great ancillary coaches, maybe some one on one time with Brad Scott may bring out that presence, Rocca and Cloke has in spades, that says this is my space, dont bother trying!

Dave your Dawes love knows no end. He is the last person on the list in this regards for a number of reasons. 1stly playing as a third tall is not gonig to help his development and he clearly needs a lot of development. 2ndly he is not the sort of player capable of playing that third tall role.

As far as third tall foward goes Anthony should be a lock, that said I voted Reid in the poll because I want to see Cloke play deeper. If that happens I think Cloke Rocca and Medhurst are fine as deeper goal kicking target and what is needed is a lead up CHF / Wing type. In this instance you could aruge Dawes could get a gurnsey but even though both look more comfortable as CHF Reid looks heaps more AFL ready he is too quick for the bigger blokes and to tall for the smaller blokes and unlike Dawes hits the ball hard, leads to the ball and hits the ball hard and can mark over head.

I went with Reid also.

My logic is all skewed though. With the requirement being that Cloke and Rocca were the other two, I am not sure on how JA and Rocca would go with both out of the sqaure. When you add Medhurst it makes us seem a bit too heavy deep in the forward line. That said Rocca and Rusling worked once or twice in Rusling's 19 games so it may work but I think overall it is too cluttered. That also ruled Rusling out for me in this poll.

So I went with Reid on the assumption he would lead up the ground here there and everywhere, Rocca would stay in the square and Cloke could do what he liked.
