Opinion 5AA needs to drop Footy Nation and bring back 3AW

For the life of me, I cannot understand why 5AA simulcasts the Footy Nation game day calls.

They are terrible, on par with MMM. Bring back 3AW!!!

I was only thinking this as I realised 6pr still takes 3aw calls.
Then I realised why:
9 radio stations take the 3aw calls including 6pr 3aw 2gb and 4bc when the latter don't have Rugby on.

5aa take the Footy nation calls as they are owned by Nova Entertainment network. It was likely cheaper! You get what you pay for!

Good thread and I agree 100%. The 3AW call and pre game is miles ahead of AFL nation.

I was hoping SEN launching in SA might mean they revisit the contract but it doesn't appear that will happen.

As someone said you get what you pay for.

Differs with commentators but thought Heverin and Terry Wallace decent for our game. Switch from 5AA when Rowey gets annoying.
