Looks like he's put a ton of work into his endurance and running, which is just about the only thing evident in his game that he needed to put work into, he was a bit slow and wasn't running out games enough.

If he even jumps that improvement up by a good 20%, suddenly his disposal count will climb and his game will lift. Those extra improvements is where the elites become elite.

He looks a lot stronger too, getting good intensity with the leg workouts and putting the effort in on leg day will do wonders for anyone.

Can't wait to see this guy back in our team. Think he along with Thomas & Simpkin all provide real point of difference to the makeup of our midfield. Very different attributes and some elite traits.

This forum screams '25 disposal, best-on-ground first game back or delist'

I wouldn't have thought so, considering he only has to beat 11 disposals a game to be more effective than Hall in 2020.

Reality: He'll come back and play low minutes off the bench and he'll get 12ish touches and slowly build to some decent performances in the back end of season.
I want 30 and 3.

Rawlings: Larkey and LDU got some good minutes in over the weekend so we’ll continue to progress their loads this week.

Do you notice Rawlings says ....got minutes, will get minutes...needs minutes a lot?

No shoulder strapping anymore either.

Compare that to what he looked like early last season, it was the return of the mummy:

Don't underestimate how much the shoulder may have effected him during last season.
