the "conspiracy theory" about leaving our best side to the trial game against adelaide to boost membership by a "few thousand" is one of the great comedic writings of the past 100 years. kochie just sending the message to ken, oi, manage the team my way we need a couple more thousand members!! there's a free toupee in it for me if we hit 60k before the freo game!!!

the ending was brilliant, overall Macca was solid... he truly sounded like a Port man doing his best on a crow show. keeping it measured with the swift boot to where it hurts at the end. what the hell was the 16th century thing about?? we're proud of our club?? absurd!!

Yeah, its pretty terrible. Like a mash up of Triple M and 5AA, but then again that might be what the Crows fan base wants.

Have a listen to the Port Podcast and steal some ideas from that. Macca and Rick do a great job.

Listened to it and thought it was pretty good. Obviously a crows slant, but not over the top backslapping and no bashing of us (good natured banter was there). Liked the structure they had too.

Macca held his own well and was respectful as they were to him.
The footy card sketch was ok, but the dad was a terrible actor, especially compared to the kids, totally ruined it

Maybe my expectations were set too low....it could have been far far worse....it could have been 5AA!

That footy card/pokemon sketch was supposed to be giving our posters shit for all the hand wringing theyre doing about Danger. Sadly, you're right, the Dad sucked.
