BRISBANE has confirmed Jaspa Fletcher, the son of former Lion Adrian Fletcher, will make his AFL debut against Sydney on Friday night.

The Lions picked up Fletcher as a father-son selection with pick 12 at last year's national draft.

The teenager's first season in the AFL has been hit by a serious back injury, which prevented him from training with the main group until this year.
