I rate the crows but I think you’re a good coach and a proper key defender away from consistent top 4. You may still make it all the way as is but more reliant on a bit of luck as is.

The problem is that we’ll need it 3 or 4 weeks in a row against the best teams and coaching groups. That’s not happening.

Very lucky Crows, haha. Enjoy it. Still some work to do in the middle (-19 clearances) but Lions are top notch there.

Why would Lions get so rattled? I guess 5 goals in a row will do it to even premiers. That last 15 min was quite unbelievable. Some misses were comical. Bailey lost it.

It reminded me Essendon against Suns last year when Mac scored after siren. Essendon scored 1.9 in the last quarter. It happens.

Overall entertaining game.

We can't keep relying on our defence to have to scramble and really stand up all the time and have to rebound from deep because our midfield keep losing the stoppage. Brisbane butchered it in the last 1/4 and we got lucky but as always take the win for what it is. But there are some serious issues there that look very much like midfield coaching ones that unless we fix fast, will derail any finals chances we have this year

But apparently it was only Brisbane who couldn’t kick straight and that’s what cost them the game….?!. You’re right - it does sum up the game - we should have been 3-4 goals up at 1/4 time.

I’d be pretty confident playing them at the G in a final. If we had neutral umpires.

Yeah I dunno, 25 already and far from hitting his potential IMO.

Looked like a certain AA to me in the early days, don't feel like he's really improved that much over the last couple of years.
He seems to coast a bit, but then he's surrounded by talent so it's not like he's required to do a lot of heavy lifting.

Murray was on the up and looked to have a high enough ceiling, but he hadn’t actually got there before the ACL intervened. But he’s miles behind the Andrews’ and Moore’s of the comp.

Reckon his first 2 or 3 interactions were frees against and it went downhill from there. Just a total stinker of an evening.

In terms of evicted scoring, it was about 80 to 60. So Lions definitely kicked more poorly at goal.

Adelaide premiership favourites and will have no issues winning it from 8th.

Tried to completely ignore the fact that they were dominated in the first half of the last quarter

Na he was right, 5 goals in 8 forward entries is 'arse' and if you're relying on winning big games of footy on that return then it ain't gonna happen and even then the Lions still should have won..... a very lucky win and a game the Lions lost more-so than the Crows winning it.
