Why wouldn't you stock a game in stores when it's released? Silly

I think the idea behind it is to prevent social gatherings. By drip feeding the game out over the next week or so it decreasing the amount of people rushing to EB or JB HI FI to buy the game and thus possibly spreading infection.

Game 2 vs Sydney, absolute demolition. 39 point victory, however I’ve came to the conclusion that I’ll either need to up the difficulty or bump up the AI goal kicking sliders, as Sydney kicked 1.7 + a bunch on the full.

Shiel probably BOG, 2 goals and 8 possies (highest on ground was 10).

Devon Smith pulled out a Lewis Jetta-esque run and goal, going all the way from the back flank to kick a goal. Absolutely burnt Aliir Aliir (he is absolutely terrible in game, I reckon every time he went near it things went badly for him).

Ordered express Wednesday around 12ish and only changed to shipped at about 11 this morning.

Yeah I’d say that’d get some more high scoring games. 5 has been realistic but none of them are high scoring affairs.

Yeah fair enough, just find it counter-intuitive to sales. Even if they did a click and collect job or something at the stores today. I don't really bother with pre orders but it looks like this time the people who pre-ordered may be the smart ones.

Just got it
After the install will probably adjust a few ratings then do a Freo Coach mode, might sim the first season and then play on after first draft/trade week or at the very least see how it all is.

Just reading the book now, is coach-mode where you can actually play the team as well or is it pure coaching (like Football Manager).
I assume the Competition mode is just a season of those different competitions.

Oh man just had the most amazing finish to a game. I'd managed to get a three goal lead in the final quarter v the dogs, only for the dogs to storm home and hitting the lead with 1 min left on the clock (which in 5 min quarters is **** all). Stef Martin hits it to Neale who handballs to McCluggage who nails McStay on the chest 55 out. It'll take a monster from here and for a guy that haunts Brisbane fans due to his bad sprays... He kicks it and it sails through!

For realistic scores in AFLW games, set the quarters to 30 seconds.

Been burnt many times on AFL games myself (even going back to Kevin Sheedy Coaching on the PC). In the same boat.
