The above senior players cost us our most winnable game yet and put in some absolutely brainless weak efforts.

Anyone putting this on mckercher or any other kid can honestly get 100% stuffed.

Can't win a game of footy with 5 genuine composed AFL level players, Sheezel, Curtis Wardlaw Parker and Xerri.

Port Adelaide were an embarrassment for big parts of the game, we got an incredibly charmed run with the umpires and we still didn't look like winning.

For once can’t complain about the run we had, but they did sure shit the bed with the critical non-blocking call against Rioli.

Easiest call on the ground and four of them just ignored it and it was the goal that made a difference.

Didn't expect the boys to get so close. Mr Porps is actually quite chuffed, and pleased that they didn't lose by 80. They played some great footy in pockets. Unfortunate conversion from set shots though. Could have really broke open the game.

Thought the changes were good. Don't think we missed Logue or Corr, the backline seemed to be a lot harder to score against on the deck. Archer and Hardeman were good, thought Dawson was ok.

That works against Port's forward setup, but won't against most teams. Wright and Langford going to be hard to stop next week

Last 10 minutes, he was that keen to get involved. Thats a good sign.

Did we not already know that the senior players are the problem? They are losers with no killer instinct, we won't start winning until they're gone, McDonald, Simpkin Zurhaar Larkey and now throw in LDU

Larkey missing set shots isn't a killer instinct. Its a skill error.

He was still in all the right spots in that final quarter.

The absolute lack of intent to attack aerial contests was disturbing. Players would literally watch it for 6 or 7 seconds fall right next to them.

Kallan Dawson was the main offender. The amount of times he just let Georgiades jump with out competing should see him off the list.

So much better. Gave ourselves too much to do - again - with an awful first quarter where we didn’t take our chances and gave up easy goals the other way. But a really cheering fightback and some nice play to get so close.

Disappointing but at quarter time I was in tears thinking we will actually never even be close to winning another game ever and now I don’t think that any more.

More Duurs and less Tucker, and keeping Corr in defence would be good next week. Larkey will never kick that badly again.

LDU needs to do more of what Port’s leading mids were doing, busting through and away from the packs.

I’ll be real - was expecting a 70+ pt loss and instead we lose by less than 10. 2nd best performance of the year, I’ll be positive about this, really happy to see us fight and actually look like we are capable (sloppy errors and crucial misses aside, obvs still cut about those)

I'd already made the decision to go to next week's game against * before this one, but now there is another reason. We might have a chance of winning.

Great, another 'honourable loss' we can circlejerk ourselves over back at the club to get thumped next week and we go back on the merry go round once again.

Not.that i expected a win at all, we've never won in Adelaide and that will continue for some time, but i dno whats worse. Staying out of the game the whole time knowing we lose or the team kips up to tease a win and fall short and i get somewhat invested.

This team just isn't a joy to watch in any respect unless their names are paul curtis or george wardlaw.

And **** horne francis you absolute crybaby bitch. I need to crank myself to that footage of Big X getting right in that moustachioed campaigners face.
