How long will the cats fans stick strong behind bomber ???

If he continues to play Gardiner and Slade (which is as good as being 2 men short) the fans will turn in the next couple of weeks.

For once, i agree with you Jack.

I have loved Bomber forever but i am slowly getting frustrated with his game plan and his continued faith in players such as Gardiner, Slade and even Kelly.

I don't understand why he will drop a player (S.Johnson) and continue with Charlie Gardiner. The guy is seriously one of the worst footballers i have ever seen in the Geelong colours (Just behind Mark Jackson).

I have a feeling, that if you went into the Coaches office, there would be a guy named Charlie under his desk providing reasons for his selection...

Being a tigers fan you would know all about coaches being under the pump.

Reading the HS on saturday you would have thought that Playfair was great saying how bomber was a big fan of him and that was justified by his mark and goal in the first quarter. The only problem was he had only 1 more kick and that missed the target by 25 metres.

:) WILL trade for him! We give you Pattison, we take Playfair! And we'll throw in a little something extra, like a set of steak knives.:)

Because it was fantastic conditions for tall forwards.

i admire your optimism ricketts.

Yes Slade and Gardiner should be axed...and the fact Slade was even retained for the Melbourne game bordered on disgraceful. But Bomber is a good coach...and i have complete faith in him.

my opinions would change somewhat if we failed to make the 8 however :p

Ricketts
Kent and Playfair will be better for the run, and back in the Dome for good conditions next week, expect them to dominate. Cats by 25.

I don't. His coaching of the Footscray game was ludicrous. We've lost the last 4, that's enough to change my opinion. We were something like 7-2 early last season correct? So since then what exactly is our win-loss record? I imagine it's not too flattering.
