How bloody good were they

Baz took time to get going. So did Stengle, Meris, Close.

Blitz was great, SDK as well. Zuth, Jack, Holmes, PFD, COS and Humphries.

Mannagh took a little time and then went bang.


Jezza got us rolling too.

CS had to shuffle the magnets and it worked

Stewy was awesome as well. Martin had moments

Rayner dived twice and got 2 goals from it and still lost by 38 points.

Yup... we are just that good.

Brilliant win - week off to get cherry ripe again and have another deep serious run into September.

We are so lucky to be Geelong supporters.

Moving the ball felt extremely difficult for Brisbane all night and it felt like we definitely won the territory game.

Atkins felt like he was really on his toes and managing to tap the ball forward at stoppages to gain possession. Can’t not love the man.

I’m not a tactics guy like some here but from the eye (partially drunk one) it certainly felt like we had control of things for the most part and there must be huge praise for the coaching staff for that.

I do wonder how much we took out of the loss at gmhba where I walked away feeling fairly despondent.
