Now that this India nightmare is done, it's time to move onto our next engagement. I presume it's a 15 man squad. Who should go?

1) David Warner
2) Shane Watson
3) Phil Hughes
4) Adam Voges
5) Michael Clarke
6) Mitch Marsh
7) Brad Haddin
8) James Faulkner
9) Clint McKay
10) James Pattinson
11) Nathan Lyon/Xavier Doherty

12) George Bailey
13) Mitchell Starc (if fit)/ Ryan Harris
14) Brad Haddin
15) Moises Henriques/Glenn Maxwell

That's actually a fairly solid squad. Glaring weakness however is the lack of a quality 5th bowling option. Personally, I hate batting Wade at 6 and having 3 bowlers and two bowling-allrounders fill out the tail. I also think Reeks is a fair way off best XI. However if Watson is able to bowl 10 overs a game by then we can sure up the batting with an extra batsman.

Mitch Marsh would be my preference, based on his upside and not so much his recent output. I think as opposed to Henriques he's actually good enough to bat at 6. He's a quality finisher aswell, something the side probably lacks. Will the selectors take the punt on him though?

Doherty also seems entrenched in the side, which annoys me. He's always lacked penetration and personally I would prefer Lyon in there. Probably unrealistic though.

I am a Hughes fan, through and through. It's actually embarrassing that I forgot him.

Mitch Marsh should definitely be in our ODI team.

Mitch Starc will be the first quick chosen in the First XI, along with McKay.

Will he be fit by then though? And you're probably right. Switch him with Faulkner, if fit.

Isn't Starc in the top 3 rated ODI bowlers in the world?

I think he's just about the first picked.

Could be a chance for the selectors to blood Agar through the ODI side, and have a look at him at international level and on English pitches?

This for me, although Faulks may start ahead of Marsh given his performances this summer. Toss of the coin though, and probably prefer Mitch overall, especially since he's a right arm bowler.

I think Mitch has to be 6/7 because (IMO) he's the best big hitting finisher going around the domestic circuit. He can easily turn a 250 odd into a 300 rather quickly.

I would rather Cutting play in the Australia A games.

I don't see how one could justify having Henriques ahead of Marsh given their respective List A records.

I don't think Cutting will be playing in any games in the next few months after undergoing groin surgery on Friday.

If Starc isn't fit then replace him with...someone, I dunno. Not Harris, he needs to be put in cotton wool and saved for the Ashes. Perhaps Faulkner could play for Australia A instead of in the Champions Trophy as well.

Again, Henriques ahead of Mitch Marsh? Why? Moises' record is so vastly inferior it isn't funny.

Because Marsh is fragile, and Henriques is the incumbent, though you definitely could play him instead. Might even be best to have Henriques playing for Aus A and Marsh playing in the ODI side, since Henriques is a chance of playing Ashes cricket.
