Spurr - Dawson - Sutcliffe
Ibbotson - Silvagni - Johnson
Hill - Sandilands - Mzungu
Weller - Fyfe - Walters
Griffin - Pavlich - Ballantyne
F: Mundy - Neale - Blakely
I/C: Al Pearce - Langdon - Mayne
Big lessons to Barlow, Clancee, Clarke, and Taberner.
Good team, but you need another on the bench. deBoer would be my pick.
Or Sheridan, who is mysteriously dropped without mention. I realise that Silent Alarm isn't a fan but there is no way he is dropped for next week.

True. My bad.Or Sheridan, who is mysteriously dropped without mention. I realise that Silent Alarm isn't a fan but there is no way he is dropped for next week.
I agree with this. Apart from De Boer instead of Blakely. Weller deserves another chance. One ruck is definitely the way to go IMO.Tough picking a side but.......
B Spurr Dawson Ibbo
HB Hill Johnno Sheridan
C Langdon Mundy Pearce
HF Walters Tabs Mayne
FF Balla Pav Weller
R Sandi Neale Fyfe.
I/C Sutcliffe A Pearce Blakely Suban.
One ruck ,Griff,Muz,Barlow Clancee ,Clarke (inj) out.
He doesn't mention Sheridan as Tom has shown him to be a shocking judge
Still a good team, tommy comes in. Silvagni would have given greater effort than our midfield yesterday.
Ross in his press conference, said leaving Silver out was the right decision.
Don't know how he could say that.
Pav and GC T.Lynch both cleared to play in round 2.
$1000.00 fineLynch cleared? WTF?
$1000.00 fine
$1000.00 fine
Langdon's kicking in the last Peel game was apparently terrible from some of the reports.

You know how versions of software work?
It starts at 1.0 then a minor tweak to software would make it an update to 1.01. Several minor changes would take that to 1.10, then obviously a major change shifts it to 2.0. Etc etc.
I think we have just gone to a 2.0 gameplan update. Not that I'm excusing the guys at all for what they dished up yesterday, however if you couple the effort they presented with the change of software then you would get the abberration we all saw yesterday.
I'm not sure we can expect to blow GC out of the park next week even if maximum effort is there.. the guys are ironing out the bugs in the new major software update as well.

And the other problem is that if your only ruckman gets injured you are rooted. Game over. The risk far outweighs the advantages. The problem with going in with 1 ruck is that the only player in the team who can chop out is Dawson, and he is our #1 key defender. If you want to go in with 1 ruck then we need at the very least someone like Apeness who can ruck for 5 minutes a quarter to give Sandi a rest. But Apeness is the only player on our list with that ability now that Moller is gone. None of our other KPPs have any rucking experience.
