With the likelyhood of Josh and DJ missing this week we are going to need a couple of mids to come back in. Haselby seems to still be struggling with that mystery "Core" injury but should come up and Browne deserves a crack, his last few weeks for Claremont have been good, hard at it and hopefully his kickings improved.

Will be intresting to see if the club risk Longmuir this week, the games at Telstra Dome , hard ground and dodgy knees don't mix.

Out : J.Carr (susp) Headland (susp)
In : Haselby , Browne

Hase and Brownie in sounds good to me.
On the smaller dome surface, I think Cookie may get a look in at the expense of Gilmore as well. I agree that resting Jlo sounds like a good idea, but if he is fit he will play.

I don't think there is much of a chance of Cook coming in.

If Browne is in good form as you say, then this might be a good chance to give him a crack.

In: Longmuir, Hasleby, Browne
Out: Headland (susp), Carr (susp), Gilmore

Jimmy will get a gig before cookie because cookie's disposal(or lack of it) has caught up with him

Would be a step backwards if Walker got a game, since the break we have been playing something resembling a contested brand of footy for the first time under Connolly. Walker doesnt go in hard enough for mine.

Walker and Schofield won't be playig for freo again.....unless of course we have a huge run of injuries and suspensions. Have been informed that Walks just isn't capable of holding down a spot anymore and well Schoey is a no-brainer.

Hopefully Headland and J.Carr will get off.

Hase will stay out for another week.

Browne as emergency.

well Josh and DJ are out so we need a midfielder(in and under) and a forward/outside midfielder

Bring in Duffield and Tallmuir(if 100% fit)

Tallmuir in the ruck, Happy released to play the DJ role.

Byron given more responsibility in the midfield play the Josh role. Also Belly given more time in the middle instead of being camped in the defensive 50m

Duffield takes Byron's place on the pine.

I suppose if Hase and Longmuir are fit they'll come into the side, but if they're not then I'd like to see how Browne goes, then maybe give Duffield or Polak another run.
Would be nice if Grover was ready to slot back in wouldn't it!

Surf I am not sure if it is the right time to test a player who hasn't had an appearance yet this season. Every game is a crunch game until we have 12-13 in the the bag. I have to agree the Duffield / Gilmore / Schammer scenario sounds likely if Justin comes up. If he doesn't, Polak would be my pick to add some backup to our second string ruck contests.

In: Haselby, Campbell, Longmuir
Out: J Carr, Headland, Gilmore

Campbell for some much needed grunt.

id bring in hase only if 110% fit

otherwise id say duffman if hes improved in WAFL we need to run the blues ragged in the middle stop the supply to fevola

you stop fevola you stop the blues. Same for longmuir only if 110%

so id say duffman and hasey maybe....but need to make sure soreness doesnt come back coz tdome is hard surface

Campbell is backup to murphy so if murphy doesnt perform we cant waflise him and say its campbells turn, i like the kid he is hard at the ball thoose kiwi instincts somethign muphs needs to bring to his game his forward defensive work.

do us a favour and drop crowley

stevo would love it :D

might be a good game but we play like crap on telstra....unless you have a freo style collapse you will win convincingly

thing is never know which freo will turn up, but i have feeling well do well, the thign is we dont wanna do just well we want a percentage booster !!! and this is our chance, with elvis on fevs and mundy to stop his run, we should do well

something freo is learning to not rely on pav to score all the goals something theb lues need to do to stop relying on fevs...
