Surprised Jenkins doesn't cop more criticism. Been very annoyed with him at times in both finals. On Jenkins Sanders is 100% correct.

There were a couple of times vs geelong where he was double teamed. Hard to win those contests- fair enough. But he just doesn't hold his ground and make the contest. His body disappears in between the two defenders, and he's reduced to a feeble one arm attempt. Easy turnover to geelong.
Tex won't win many of those in the air, but his body work gives him the chance to compete, draw a free, suck two players in to the contest, or bring the ball to ground.
That's what you need from a 200cm key forward.

They should ask Geelong how that worked out for themRichmond fans are loving the McGovern news. They want to face an Adelaide side riddled with as many injuries as possible to go along with a soft draw, no injuries, gifted home finals and MRP corruption. Gotta love the Richmond "hand it to us on a platter" attitude.
Didn't mean it like that otherwise I would say thommo should have a game toothat has nothing to do with "deserving" a flag though.
you pick him because he's the best choice, not because he's a nice guy who's recovered from two knee recos.
I agree he's well and truly in the box seat.
Very good point. With all due respect re going smaller, if I was Richmond I would be a little concerned with out tall forwards.

Rance is accountable for a few blades of MCG grass. Doesn't do well one on one.Walker. Jenkins. Otten. Lynch.
Rance and Grimes will need to be fully accountable.
fair enoughDidn't mean it like that otherwise I would say thommo should have a game too
Let's bring thommo in [emoji322]fair enough
Hamptons pressure against a team that applies an enormous amount
Personally if Greenwood is out I would go Hampton, Greenwoods weapon is his pressure we need a replacement. If Greenwood is unfit and has the potential to play like last week then he is out no question
Astbury will probably match up on Tex again like in rd6Walker. Jenkins. Otten. Lynch.
Rance and Grimes will need to be fully accountable.

The stars are aligning
The lead up to this game reminds me so much of the 97 Grand Final.
Its all about Richmond, Cotchin getting off, Canary Jumper clash and stoopid KB, Dustys Medal, Dimmas Coach Award, MCG, Tiger Army, Tiger Drought ...Im loving it. They are being setup for the saltiest fall in VFL history.
Walker. Jenkins. Otten. Lynch.

Usually yeah, gets smacked thoDoes Rance usually take Betts? Vaguely remember that match up previously.
Only if he tripped in the showers. He looked magnificent this morning... Any legs to the rumour that Rory Sloane has done a hamstring at training? :/
(Not trying to stir the pot - I don't know who I want to win this weekend!)
