"Posters who literally have no clue". Why? Because they don't agree with your doom and gloom outlook?

Ahh, you. You fall straight into that category.

But no, keep clutching at straws over the fact that we can magically turn our close losses into wins next season, without really changing anything.

ahhhhhg, really want to stop reading the website, & the changes thread.

I come in with optimism & leave feeling short changed.

Sure, whatever. You were the one talking about our "kamikaze run and carry style" game plan that was letting us down this year. Mate, that was how we played last year, this year has been completely different. But yeah, I am the one with no clue.

changes seem fine to me. Even tho the season is done, this is a big game.
Garner will be back soon enough & better for the 15 mins game time.

Incorrect, last year was solely based on kamikaze run and carry, this year still has a lot of elements of run and carry, however there is a slight improvement on the defensive side. Which is something you can't seem to grasp, the fact that we will never be competitive in finals (let alone make them) until we drastically improve our defensive game plan. So would I therefore say you have no clue? Absolutely, I think you severely lack any form of a clue about the way the game is played and are living up in the fairy land, thinking it's going to be such a quick turn around.

Garner has every right to feel harshly done by. I like Brad, I think he's a great coach but this decision has left me scratching my head.
I think the inclusion last week, as sub, was the one that left me scratching my head. Not omitting him this week.

Very harsh on Garner. Hope the kid isn't shattered from this.
If he is, then delist him. Soft. Get rid of.

Know how ya feel cLp.....I find myself screaming at the radio when they read t the uninspiring changes every ****ing week.
We are 10th this week aren't we. BS WTF are you doing?
What are the inspiring changes you were looking forward to LB2S? Serious question.

You are starting to contradict yourself between threads, but I'm not going to bother to debate you here about football and the way it is played. If you want to think I, and others, have no clue about football, well good for you. I'm sure we'll all get over it pretty quickly.

Hansen concussion, and Wells out early. Down to one on the bench (?), up steps Boomer with a hat-trick and Sammy Wright's performance that night was match-winning.

A win this week will do me again.

Well, I havent contradicted myself once, but fair enough, continue to try and drag this thread off topic and make yourself look worse. I do think you have no clue, which is why rather then quote your comments and try to make sense of them, I rather sit back and laugh at the pure and utter garbage that you put forward.

I'm guessing the Garner for McKenzie one week deal was premeditated and Taylor would have been told coming into last week that he was getting a shot while McKenzie had a week off from being sub. I highly doubt Brad is cruel enough to say "well Taylor you had 10 mins to show us what you can do and I'm afraid you didn't do enough, see you next year"

Plenty of blokes have sat on the pine and come on for 10 minutes and been statless, been dropped the next week, and then gone on to be club champions. Boomer a case in point.

Currie or Maj......our other big bloke is stuffed, needs a spell or a chop out, at least.
Garner out- wtf did you pick the kid in the first place for? Do not get.
AK, obviously......but that's just become an unrealistic dream.....clearly not in Brads plans.
We are currently ****ing 10th, with 3 games to go. FFS play some of the bloke we need to get a look at. What a waste of 4 years by North, admittedly he had an ACL, but to not ever give him a run AT ALL, just wastes what, $400-500K?
We've blown so much money on players we HAVEN'T bothered playing......shit list management

God some people on here need to settle down. The trash talk in regards to Grima is completely ridiculous. He's been out for 2 weeks not bloody 6...he doesn't need to come back through the VFL. He is a great defender who is consistent as the day is long, or do people have such a shit short term memory that they've forgotten!

Thompson and Grima can play small if needed.

Whilst I don't think Garner should have been the sub last week he has time on his side. McKenzie is the one who needs games pumped into him. Garner will be better for the taste of it and the match day prep. It'll give him more hunger in the pre-season.

Actually quite like the plausibility of this. You may be bang on.. Be good to know though, can't see why the club can't tell us. BS could answer a few if these Q's.......now there's an email I WOULD like to receive and read.

The issue for Garner was that he never really earned his debut in the first place. He shouldn't of played last week, and his time will come. If anything Harper should have seen this as a real kick up the ass because he's the guy Scott is trying to replace.

Anyway; the changes are fine. Hine is out of touch and deserves to lose his spot, McKenzie a sensible and exciting in. Greenwood is on call for Ziebell who will probably miss.

The only anomaly is the tall back 4, as previously said we've done it before with C.Delaney joining Hansen, Grima and Thompson and it worked well so it may do again. Thompson gets lose with Hansen and we become a damaging back 7.

My major concern is our midfield, we look so weak with no Swallow and Ziebell likely to miss.

We are too tall in defence. There'll be a late change and firrito will come in for delaney. It's a lose lose really.
Personally wouldn't be surprised to see tarrant get dropped, for Levi, and Hansen plays forward much stranger things have happened, getting way too settled down back, lets shake him out of his stupor and unsettle him again...fkd if I know though, I'd be using the rest of the season to have a look at daw, currie, Harper, and gysberts (plus atley up the ground).

Good to get that off your chest? ;)

But seriously, yes I'd like to see Currie get a run too, from a motivational point of view if nothing else. The guys been waiting a long time to debut.

I don't know that Maj is going to do much more in this three games than he did early on, is he? Neither here nor there for me. Would rather keep ensuring Robbie gets game time. We're going to be relying on him (and Black) sooner rather than later, as Petrie's career comes to an end.

Kennedy I'm curious about, but happy to trust the judgement of the football department. The knee was bad luck and bad timing I suspect. He'd have debuted if not for that, and since then hasn't done enough or what the footy dept wants. We've heard reference that his defensive game isn't as good as it needs to be, despite the salivations surrounding his kicking. Does a game or two - if the club's judgement is correct - make the financial investment any less shitty? (This is all assuming, of course, that he'll be delisted.)

I'd like to see McGenniss get a game or two as the sub. Sounds like a real terrier.

Little surprised we didn't bring back Burrito for this one.

(Hearing strong rumours that he'll ask for a trade to *essendon at the end of the year.)

Delaney, Grima, Thompson, Hansen, MacMillan, Wright, Mullett and Atley

that's over half the side playing defensive roles, could this finally be the week Atley moves to the centre? has been playing a lot more offensively the last two weeks

Who's going to be the sub? Hope McKenzie gets a full game and Wright gets the vest. Even though I don't think he is suited to the role, Gibson and Jacobs are even less suitable candidates.
