Yeah, that looks like a "we're worried if we win a game, it'll diminish our chances of getting a priority pick" lineup.

Slow midfield with the key pieces all actually being shithouse when combined together without a 190 cm midfielder, a defence that completely lacks in any sort of offensive drive and creativity bar Smith... though the forward line, looks ok at least on a structural standpoint, as much as Fog/Tex are just inviting the opposition to run off them.

We're certainly hoping the Hawks are checked out of this season and hoping to improve their draft position.

Sticking to a rigid plan is the only way to even come close to losing to Adelaide. Teams that would otherwise be terrible, and who just look to cash in against a poor opponent by blasting it forward will win comfortably.

Wondering if we will see Hamill for the rest of the year or not. Really disappointing that tackle has stuffed his season. Backline is a carbon copy of the last 2 years that got us nowhere. Forward line will not kick a winning score imo. Only positive will be that hopefully some papers will be stamped once and for all after this game. Get on the hawks 2nd half when odds will be better after we put in for half a game.

Sloane needs to play the Lynch type role as a forward... with the odd tun off a wing. Particularly as he is not fit yet.

Brouch should spend sometime up forward & on ball, but preferably not when his brother is on ball. He could change with Polholke.

Who else would you bring in? Unfortunately injuries aren’t on our side and Sloaney is our captain. It’s nice to make calls on here about Sloane and Brad, but in reality if both are fit they will always play. We need them to perform to a higher level if we are any chance of completing a successful rebuild.
