Back in 2017 we went in as favourites against Geelong at Kardinia Park and Geelong were paying something ridiculous like $2.80.

I am not normally a massive betting person, but that was way too good to refuse. We never win at Kardinia so I was pretty confident that we were going to lose and it seemed like easy money.

I ended up putting around $150 on it and won over $400

For me, it's not so much about betting against the team I support. It's just that it ruins the game for me when I can't decide if I want my team to win, or if I want to make some money.

Jones -- finding pressure of SANFL too much and 2 very very poor games after couple of average games.
CEY. -- only just best 22 and another inside mid that doesn't have defensive run and out for 4 weeks if even recovered.
McHenry -- missed last 4 weeks as slight small body could not content with SANFL mature bodies.
Yes we would love to have a Rozee ,Duursma ,Clark etc to bring in but none of ours ready or up to it and even previous years with possible exception of Gallucci or Fogarty who have only ok form close to demanding AFL game.

If fog doesnt get a game this week then he should ask for a trade.

With the way this club is run and coached he should ask for a trade regardless. Under the current regime he'll be 25 before he gets a decent crack at serious game time.
I really don't know why the young draftees would sign extensions when we continually play the tried and failed and then we have the Oricle....Campo...telling us we need to back the tried and failed time and time again.

If they were brave they would bring Keath or Harto forward with Cartlon's mid-sized forward line and push Seeds to HB.

Should drop bruise free jogger in Matt Crouch but it won't happen. If CEY was fit I would drop Matt for him.

FOG also needs to play HF with a run on the ball to inflict some muscle

How can people be saying Jones, he was very ordinary? If it's a mid it is Gibbs or Gooch, my preference is Gibbs to be honest with Wilson a Matt Crouch replacement after his shocking game against Essendon

Just get games into the kid. Doesn't matter where but I would prefer at afl level where he will learn elite standards quicker. Some players play better in an elite environment. The sanfl is definitely not that.

And I am ashamed to say that this ex-captain of the club embodies the mediocrity that has infested the AFC since 1998.

Playing finals is acceptable. Nothing more matters.

Making profit from the poor sap "customers" is the benchmark for Bob and his cronies.

On-field success is irrelevant as long as the AFC cash machines are running in overdrive from the customers.

Hart is an idiot. You need to invest games into first round draft picks such as Jones to quicken the payoff. Let's be honest here. Don and co are coaching to make finals and dont give a **** about the future. They believe the old players will get them there. They are wrong and they are ****ing up our future at the same time. There is obviously a clause in his contract for termination or a bonus that states that we he cannot miss finals 2 years in a row. Clauses like this should never be put in contracts by the way. By not playing first round picks which most if not all other clubs do play, Pyke and co are essentially saying Ogilvie is not doing his job.
