I seriously dont have a clue what Neil Daniher is doing.....Nathan Brown is a top class footballer, Clint Bizzell is also quality, he just needs to give them a fair go

Sylvia only came in to the side to replace Neitz, so you would think that Neitz would replace Sylvia this week.

Whelan looks like he will only miss the one week, so I would think someone like Brown or Read would come into the side, although I would really like to see CJ get another chance.

Bate could be back this week but it wouldn't be worth risking him I wouldn't think.

Reported last night that Riccuito's condition has worsened, he has been isolated from the rest of the playing group and Adelaide has announced that he won't play this week.

What's rare about beating Sydney and Brisbane away this season, plus going down to you by 5 points (when we all know it should have been a draw).

Totally agree mad dog. No excuses for the Demons this week. Everything has fallen our way with the injuries that you fellas have got. As stupid as it sounds, I just hope that it doesn't have the opposite effect on our fellas. ie- the players would have steeled themselves for a huge challenge against the Crows who liked like they would have a strong line up. Now that it has depleted I'm worried the Demons might just drop off their intensity a bit. Hopefully the prize of a spot in the four and a double chance totally wipes out any complacency that may creep in though.

As a footnote, rotten luck for Hentschel, possibly a career ruining injury. Makes you feel sick in the guts to have any player cut down like that.

Has been listed as a test and from what i hear has actually progressed better than expected so i would give him about 60-70% chance of playing

Can someone please tell me what ND has against Smith, I think everyone with any sense of footy awarness thought with Nietz OUT Smith at last will have his chance to come in to take his spot and prove himself at AFL level. A tall for a tall?, but as usual he hasnt done so, instead choosing the out of form sylvia, even though we had no tall option all game in the forward 50.

The amount of times we went forward long only for the tall geelong backmen to take an easy marks because we had no tall forwards, this situation is getting very very fustrating. We had no tall deep forward option what so ever apart from the occiasional part time forward Jamar.

I don't think its a risk given that it was a bruised leg/knee (as far as i've heard). If it was a strain or tear i.e something that would re occur, than there would be a risk.

On the wide expanses of AAMI stadium, i think it could be useful to have an extra tall in Smith, to stretch the Crows defence. Miller could be used to lead deep up the ground, with Smith and Neitz from the square. Although Jamar/White could also be used when resting.

Godfrey is giving us nothing whatsoever.

You'd think Read would come in now for Byron.

And Neitz for Whelan would be the other change.

Cant see 426 getting a game, as much as I'd like to see it.
